We collect information about the client’s expectations, scope of the project and contract terms.
On this basis we evaluate architectural services.scheme design
we prepare a scheme design on the basis of information gathered at meetings with the client and received technical documentation of the building. We suggest specific functional and aesthetical solutions for the interiors, if necessary we carry out our survey and produce visualizations of the interiors.
detail design
We develop a scheme design approved by the client to prepare detail technical documentation containing:
- functional layouts
- floor and ceiling plans
- mechanical and electrical installations layouts
- room data sheets
- details
- finishes, furniture, sanitary ware and white goods schedule
- details of bespoke fixed furniture
This technical documentation is relevant for the contractor to carry out all construction works.
project supervision
we inspect the work during construction stage at a frequency agreed with the client. We make sure that works are carried out according to the technical drawings, we explain drawings to the contractor and if necessary - we adjust drawings to the contractors’ capability or include unexpected changes to the building site.
