ESSA Architektura develops technical projects of:
- houses (including adaptations of 'catalogue projects')
- apartment blocks
- commercial buildings
- industrial buildings
Following to requirements of the Polish building law we appoint and coordinate the work of our design team. We also cooperate with all assessors required for the job.
We offer professional advice to our clients from the very early stage of the investment - even before they purchase the building site.
We analyze local development plan and client’s needs to prepare realistic feasibility study.
We participate in all stages of design process:
scheme design
we help to establish requirements of the building and its purpose; we prepare sketch plans to initiate discussion about aesthetics, functional solutions and legal requirements. We develop design until it satisfies the client and all designers involved in the job.
building project
is developed on the basis of an approved scheme design. We prepare detailed technical drawings required to obtain a planning permission. We observe building law and facilitate organizing required experts’ reports, permissions, opinions, surveys and approvals.
construction stage
before the main contractor start their work, technical drawings need to be completed to contain all information and details necessary to properly tender and execute construction works on the basis of drawings received from the design team.
project supervision
if client wishes the architect to provide project supervision service during the construction stage, regular site inspections may be agreed. The Architect ensures that construction works are carried out according to construction drawings, building law and standards.
